Shipping & Returns

Return.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order , please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online. We will then provide you with further instructions. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return your item(s) to us following the ‘Returning Your Item(s)’ section above. Once we have received your return we will endeavor to process your exchange as soon as we are able to. Please note that we are only able to exchange an item for the same style in a different color or size (subject to availability). If we are unable to exchange your item(s), a refund will be issued through the original purchaser’s method of payment. On receipt of your exchange, we will endeavor to exchange the item(s) or refund you within 7 working days. An email confirmation will be sent once an exchange or refund has been issued.
Canceling Order.
If you cancel your order with us, you must return any items to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, at your own cost. If you return any items, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and we reserve the right to charge you for any such loss or damage. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply complete the form contained in your parcel and return the item, along with the completed form, to us within fourteen days following receipt of your parcel. You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. You are asked to take reasonable care with the items and in the case of an item with a hygiene seal, you are required not to remove the seal when examining the item.
Replacement
Within 14 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
